We use USPS Ground as our primary domestic shipping service. All delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and current USPS operational conditions.

A. Processing and Handling

  • Order Cut-off Time: Our cut-off time for processing is 12:00 AM EST (Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed after this time begin processing on the next business day.

  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • Custom Orders: Please note that customized items may require up to 3 business days for handling before shipment. This will be noted on the respective product page.

  • Tracking: A USPS tracking number will be provided via email immediately after your order ships.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

  3. Destination (distance from our fulfillment center).

  • International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping services at this time.
