1. Shipping Service and Delivery Overview

We use UPS Ground as our primary domestic shipping service. All delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and current UPS operational conditions.

2. Detailed Shipping Information

A. Processing and Handling

  • Order Cut-off Time: Our cut-off time for processing is 1:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time). Orders placed after this time begin processing on the next business day.

  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • Custom Orders: Please note that customized items may require up to 3 business days for handling before shipment. This will be noted on the respective product page.

  • Tracking: A UPS tracking number will be provided via email immediately after your order ships.

B. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:

  1. Weight of the package.

  2. Dimensions of the package.

  3. Destination (distance from our fulfillment center).

  • Transparency: The exact shipping cost for your order will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is finalized.

  • Excluded Fees: Please note that the shipping cost displayed does not include government-imposed fees, such as import duties or state-specific retail delivery fees.

C. Geographic Coverage

  • Domestic Shipping: Scented Gem only ships domestically within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).

  • International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping services at this time.

  • Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our business address in Warren, Michigan, United States.
